Are you looking for help in determine the correct parts for your vehicle?

We are not only a part specialist but we have been servicing the off-road and 4x4 community since 2009.

This service is included free with all new shock orders, you do not need to add this to your cart when ordering new shocks.

This service is no longer available for F-O-A, Rock Krawler, or Big-Shocks coilovers.
This service is no longer available for King OEM kits purchased through another vendor.

Calculating the proper spring rates and/or shock valving for an existing set of shocks, coilovers, bypasses, or air shocks typically takes our shock technician about an hour. We start by collecting the required information about the vehicle including photos or videos and then spend some time on the phone with you to go over basic suspension theory, making sure that they are setup correctly, getting a sense for how the vehicle is used and what your driving style and expectations are. Once we have that information we will work up the calculations and provide you with our recommendations for spring rates and valving.

Information you will be required to provide:

Photos of the vehicle, suspension, and existing springs.
Existing spring specifications (diameter, free height, and spring rate if available).
Measurements of the springs, a-arms, trailing arms, 4-link arms, if requested.
Current shock valving (shocks may need to be opened to obtain this information).

If you purchase this service and then order the recommended springs through us, we will back them with our Free Spring Exchange if the springs are not correct.
